All items purchased through our website will be sent by Royal Mail, and this can be tracked via the courier company’s website. Customers will receive notifications by email and will have the ability to re-arranging the delivery or leaving it with a neighbour.

Please note some of our items are made to order therefore these will not be ready to ship for 28 days from the order date. Only our standard products are available for immediate purchase and the delivery time will be within 5-7 working days.
International delivery times vary depending on the final destination from 5 to 10 working days, please kindly note that deliveries outside of UK may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, custom clearance fee, or any other fees of the destination country.
Return & Exchange
All our stones and jewellery are of the highest quality standards and some of these are handmade to order. For this reason we are unable to accept returns on custom made jewellery. We do however want to ensure you feel completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you believe your product does not match or exceed your expectations, please don’t hesitate to contact us on +44 7718 883999.
We would kindly ask that you email us within 48hrs of receiving the goods to allow us to start the returns process. It is beneficial for us to know why you would like to return the goods. Once the items are back with us we will refund the full purchase price. Please note we are not liable for the the return cost unless there is an error on our part or if there is any fault with the products. The item must be returned in it's original state and in perfect condition.
